Question tags são pequenas interrogação feitas após uma afirmação com fins de reafirmação e convencimento.

É formada assim:

verbo auxiliar invertido + pronome + ?

Ex: He is my friend, isn't he?

Vocês não conhecem os Três Patetas, por isso, par que vocês decidam gostar, tenho que convencê-los. A question tag tem esse artifício.
